Harit Sadhana Foundation (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a charitable organization in India. We operate our donation platform and related services through our website and authorized payment gateways.

These Terms and Conditions govern the donation services provided by us. Each donation made through our platform is treated as an individual transaction and does not create any obligation for future or recurring payments.

By proceeding with a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

01. Donation Services

All donations received will be used at the discretion of Harit Sadhana Foundation, strictly in line with our charitable objectives such as environmental initiatives, plantation drives, animal welfare (Nandishaal), and social welfare activities.

Once you confirm your donation, the transaction will be processed through our authorized payment gateway (such as Razorpay). By confirming the payment, you authorize the payment gateway to debit the specified amount from your selected payment method.

02. Unauthorized Use of Payment Methods

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your debit/credit card or payment method, or if it is lost or stolen, you must immediately inform your bank or payment provider. Harit Sadhana Foundation shall not be held responsible for such unauthorized transactions.

03. Information Provided by Donor

To process a donation, you may be required to provide:

• • Address

• • PAN (for tax benefit, if applicable)

             You agree that:

• • The information provided is accurate and complete

• • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

Payment details are securely processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by us.

04. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party except as required for:

By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

05. Refund Policy

Donations made to Harit Sadhana Foundation are Non-Refundable.

We request all donors to carefully verify the donation amount before proceeding. Once a donation is made, it will be utilized for charitable activities and cannot be reversed.

06. Tax Benefits (80G)

Donation receipts for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will be provided subject to submission of:

The receipt will be shared via email or other provided contact details.

07. Amendments

Harit Sadhana Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rohtak, Haryana.
